Q: Setup and Scanning for Channels or Missing Channels
A: To receive antenna channels, an antenna or coax cable must be connected to the TV and a channel scan must have been performed. Scanning for antenna channels looks for local analog or digital channels the device is able to save to watch.

You can initiate a channel scan from two places:

  • The TV system settings menu.
  • The WatchFree+ settings menu.

Note: If you have previously scanned for channels, the previous scan will apply to this update. You will not need to scan again.

  • After scanning for channels enter your zip code.
  • Saving the zip code ensures we are presenting accurate information for current and upcoming programming for antenna channels.

  • The last step in the scan process will be to choose any antenna channels you want hidden from the Program Guide.
  • Hiding antenna channels will not display in the Program Guide and you will not be able to tune to them via remote.
  • You can always navigate back to this page to unhide channels previously hidden.
