onn Texts SMS Terms of Service

 

SMS Messaging Service

 

Onn offers an opt-in to Onn Texts Short Message/Messaging Service (SMS) (the “Service”) that allows Onn Customer Support representatives to use SMS to communicate with you as well as send automated messages regarding your Customer Support-related issues (the “Onn Texts”).

 

Opt-In

 

When you choose to opt-in to the Service, Onn Customer Support will send you a message to confirm your signup. At any time, you can Text "HELP" for help or text "STOP" to opt-out and cancel your use of the Service.

 

Opt-Out Instructions

 

You can cancel this Service at any time. Just text "STOP" in reply to any message from the Service. After you send the message "STOP" to us, Onn Customer Support will send you a reply message to confirm that you have unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive Onn Texts from Onn Customer Support. You may also contact customer support directly at (855) 472-7400.

 

Please note that texting “STOP” to the Service does not unsubscribe you from other SMS texts or mobile notifications from Onn to which you may have opted in and does not apply to your VIZIO OS devices, your Onn or Walmart Account, or other services as described in Onn’s privacy policy.

 

If you want to sign up to the Service and receive Onn Texts again, just sign up as you did the first time and Onn Customer Support will start sending Onn Texts to you again.

 

If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text "HELP". Onn will respond with instructions on how to use the Service as well as how to unsubscribe.

 

Message Frequency and Data Rates

 

Message frequency will vary based on your use. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from Onn Customer Support and to Onn Customer Support from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider.

 

Data Collection and Privacy

 

We will not disclose data regarding text messaging opt–in and consent to any third parties for their own marketing purposes.
